Proposal under consideration to redevelop slum areas to provide 10,000 houses to slum dwellers in Bombay, free of cost on ownership basis.

 Adopted and developed playgrounds, parks and gardens and maintaining them at own cost such as a joggers park at Carter Road, Bandra, public park and playground at Bandra reclamation and gardens throughout the Islands taken out from the Municipal Corporation of Bombay.
